Function
Calcium gluconate can reduce capillary permeability, increase density, maintain the normal excitability of nerves and muscles, strengthen myocardial contractility, and help bone formation;
Application
As a food additive, used as a buffer; solidifying agent; chelating agent; nutritional supplement. It can be used for cereals, their products, and beverages. The dosage is 18-38 grams per kilogram.
