Products Description
Biosan organic Oyster mushroom powder is made from organic Oyster mushroom. The harvested and dried organic Oyster mushroom fruiting bodies are granulated and then ground into fine powder (>100 mesh). The fine Oyster mushroom powders are steam sterilized, following with crushing, sieving and metal detection. The qualified products are vacuumed packaged using PE bag and aluminum foil bag.
Pleurotus ostreatus, is also called Oyster mushroom, because of its resembling an oyster. It is one of the most common edible mushroom varities. Oyster mushroom is rich in both calcium and vitamin D, which are very good for bone health*.
Oyster mushroom supplies vitamin B3, which prevents the dangerous hardening of arteries. Oyster mushroom is also one of the best sources of ergothioneine, a strong antioxidant compound typical to mushrooms with function of anti-aging*.
