Turkesterone is an extract from the ajuga turkestanica plant which looks similar to thistle and is native to Asia, among which plants from Yunnan, China and plants from Uzbekistan contain higher doses of Turkesterone than plants from other regions.
Turkesterone itself is a highly concentrated type of Ecdysterone which is a class of naturally occurring compounds which are similar in effects and chemical structure to androgens but with less potency and much greater safety profiles.

Suggested Use
As a hormone or workout supplement, we recommend taking 1-2 capsules (500 – 1000mg) of Turkestanica daily with meals or dietary fat.
For professional bodybuilders or people weighing more than 100kg (220lbs), we do not recommend taking more than 4 capsules (2000mg) per day.
Warnings
Natural color variation may occur in this product. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
Caution: Turkesterone is well tolerated and we have found no studies on Turkesterone where adverse side effects were reported. That said anecdotal reports of side effects have been received and these include lethargy, diarrhea, mild headaches, and nausea. These side effects are more likely at higher doses so we do not recommend exceeding 4 capsules (2000 mg) per day.
