Cordyceps Sinensis contains crude proteins 25.32%, crude fat 8.4%, crude fibrin 18.53%, carbohydrate 28.9%, ash 4.1%, water 10.84%, beside of cordycepic acid about 7%, it also contains 12 kinds of free amino acids, and Vitamin B12, alkaloid etc.
