Raffinose is one of the most well-known trisaccharides in nature. It is composed of galactose, fructose and glucose. It is also called melitriose and melitriose. A functional oligosaccharide with strong proliferation of bifidobacteria. One of the main functional components in the well-known functional oligosaccharide-soybean oligosaccharide is raffinose. Raffinose is a pure natural functional oligosaccharide extracted from plants (beet molasses or cottonseed) by physical extraction.

Raffinose Pentahydrate
- Applied in food, such as health drinks, confectionery, cold drinks, bread, etc., use raffinose to multiply the beneficial intestinal flora. It is a functional sweetener for acidic foods, beverages and baked goods (such as bread); it is not easy to absorb moisture and has good fluidity. It can be mixed with other powder ingredients to make powder, granules, flakes, capsules and other functional food.
