Glutathione introduction
Glutathione (GSH) is a tripeptide composed of glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine, containing sulfhydryl, which has antioxidant and integrated detoxification effects. They are involved in the tricarboxylic acid cycle and sugar metabolism in human body, and can activate a variety of enzymes to promote the metabolism of sugars, fats and proteins. Glutathione has the functions of detoxification, antioxidation and enhancing immunity, and it has an auxiliary protective effect on chemical liver injury.
