Products Description
Fermentation isoenzymes from selected non-transgenic strains of Trichoderma longibrachia. The enzyme hydrolyzes β-glucans (oligosaccharides of three and four glucose units).
PHYSICALPROPERTIES
Light brown, free-flowing powder, easily soluble in water, without pungent odor and taste.
Enzymatic Properties
The pH is optimized to 4.0, and the stability range is 4.0 to 7.0. The best temperature is 60ºC, and the stability range is 35ºC to 70ºC.
Activity
One β-glucanase unit (BGU) is defined as the amount of enzyme that releases 1 micromole/min of reducing sugar (glucose equivalent) acid radicals under the measurement conditions. Acceptance criteria for all enzyme assays: NLT85.0% and NMT115.0% of the declared unit enzyme activity.
